Progress is rarely loud
Last week, we asked:
What happens when you stop asking “what should I do” – and start asking “what do I need to hear?”
This week, we’d like to stay with that quiet tone. And talk about something else that rarely shouts:
progress.
We often think change has to be dramatic to be real. But the most meaningful shifts tend to be small. Subtle. Personal.
It might look like:
- Feeling a bit more clear – or a bit less reactive
- Saying no without guilt
- Making a different choice, without overthinking it
That’s not nothing. That’s growth.
And in microdosing, it’s often how change shows up.
So if you’re wondering “is anything even happening?” – this is your reminder:
Yes. And it matters.
🌀 Monthly Live: Our first date
In our last newsletter, we told you something new was coming.
Here it is:
Our very first Monthly Live will take place on
Thursday, August 14 at 19:00 CET
It’s open to all members of the*dose – and it’s not a webinar.
It’s a space to land.
To reflect.
And to hear what others on this path are sensing, learning, and letting go of.
We’ll share more later. But for now, you can mark your calendar.
Not a member yet? You can join here and be part of the conversation.
