Dear sirs,

I write to you today as an exhausted and angry customer. I am a VERY proud owner of a 1983 Honda Civic and was elated when I heard of your Civic Center. The idea of mingling with other Civic owners as we swap stories and deodorant trees with each other excited me to no end. So I wiped my schedule clean, took vacation, and to the road I took. Viva La Roca!

So you can understand how upset I was to make this long lonely journey across several states only to reach your center to see a parking lot filled with Toyotas, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, and even Hyundais! I turned around immediately and returned home. I am sure I was there on the right weekend as marked in the brochure. Is there an explanation for this? How could you do this to people?

Not only did I waste my vacation but my Honda Civic died after hitting a pothole near Grousenhausenhofferenhecklesburgville. The car was fixed by some nice mechanics but after telling them my story, be assured that you have no friends in Grousenhausenhofferenhecklesburgville. However in a twist of luck I won some money on a scratch card while waiting for the work to be done on my Civic. Viva La Rana!

So where does this leave us? It leaves us like this:

        gas + snacks + mechanical repairs - scratch ticket winnings = $4.12

Please send a check for $4.12 to the address provided below.

Thank you Peoria Civic Center for coming clean when you make a mistake and for treating your patrons with respect and responding to their inquiries as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon and putting this all behind us.

Respectfully,

Rudy Schumann
